About that ad

You may have noticed that a wild ad has appeared over there on my sidebar, so I wanted to make a quick note about it.

It’s for Surly-Ramics handmade ceramic jewelry. Amy, the creator of this jewelry, was looking for new places to place ads for her art, and I volunteered some space on my blog. I’m not getting paid to advertise for her nor does some random internet overlord make money if you click the ad. I just love her work, and hope some of you might like it as well.

My Surlys

My personal collection. (professional photographer I ain’t)

As you can see, I love the atheist necklaces. But if that’s not your thing, she also sells beautiful nature and science related ones. If something strikes your fancy, use the coupon code PINEAPPLE for 10% off. (I’m seriously excited that my little ol’ blog gets its very own coupon code.)

And I promise, I’m not going to start spamming you with ads. I just wanted to use my little corner of the internet to help out an artist I support.

About Essential Everyday Pineapple

Crazy cat lady extraordinaire, liberal, atheist, feminist, vegetarian, engineering student with an art degree. Essential Everyday Pineapple is just a phrase from a random word generator that had a nice ring to it. What? Blog names are tough.

Cool. I have a link to Surly-ramics in my sidebar too, but not anything official with Amy. (And I just saw her at WIS2!) I’m up to 3 necklaces so far, plus each of my kids has one too.
